When it comes to seeking a slice of paradise, Viceroy Los Cabos undoubtedly stands out as a beacon of luxury and tranquility. Nestled along the stunning coastline of Baja California Sur, this chic and contemporary hotel offers a one-of-a-kind experience that I was fortunate enough to savor recently. From breathtaking views overlooking the hotel, and a picturesque pool, to an unforgettable dinner at the renowned Restaurant Nido, my stay at Viceroy Los Cabos was nothing short of a dream come true.

Room with a View

The moment I stepped into my room at Viceroy Los Cabos, I was greeted with an awe-inspiring view that took my breath away. The hotel’s architecture is a modern masterpiece, and my room’s design allowed me to fully appreciate it. The floor-to-ceiling windows opened up to a panoramic view of the Sea of Cortez, inviting the soothing sounds of the waves and the gentle ocean breeze. Whether it was sunrise or sunset, each moment offered a new perspective, and I found myself constantly drawn to the balcony to soak it all in.

The Beautiful Pool

One of the standout features of Viceroy Los Cabos is its magnificent infinity pool. Located at the heart of the hotel, the pool offers a seamless blend of luxury and nature. Surrounded by sleek, white cabanas and comfortable loungers, it’s the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the Mexican sun. The pool’s design creates a mesmerizing illusion of merging with the sea, making it an ideal place for relaxation and Instagram-worthy photos.

As I lounged by the pool, the attentive staff at Viceroy Los Cabos ensured I had everything I needed, from refreshing cocktails to snacks. The soothing ambiance and stunning views made it difficult to tear myself away, and I spent hours floating lazily in the water, feeling completely rejuvenated.

Dining at Restaurant Nido

Viceroy Los Cabos boasts an impressive culinary scene, and my dining experience at Restaurant Nido was the icing on the cake. The restaurant’s name, “Nido,” meaning nest in Spanish, perfectly encapsulates the intimate and cozy atmosphere. Nestled high above the sea, it offered panoramic views that set the stage for an unforgettable evening.

The menu at Nido features a fusion of Mexican and Japanese cuisine, and each dish was a work of art. I started with the tantalizing sashimi, followed by a flavorful miso soup. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was nothing short of impressive. Their specialty was robatayaki, a tableside Japanese grill with the freshest produce from the sea

As the sun dipped below the horizon, the restaurant transformed into a romantic oasis with soft lighting and the gentle sounds of live music. It was an evening to remember, and I couldn’t help but savor every moment.

ALOHA from Oahu island of Hawaii! What better way to spend your birthday than laying low in hawaii? That’s the very reason I booked my birthday trip and decided to stay at the most instagrammable and hip hotel on the island – The Laylow, Autograph Collection. On this trip our main agenda was relaxation and pampering ourselves, and that’s exactly what we experienced here.

The Laylow is Marriott’s Autograph Collection luxury hotel in waikiki, located very conveniently near all good restaurants, shopping areas and most importantly – the beach. The hotel isn’t beachfront, but Waikiki beach is just a short walk from here and we walked there for the sunrise every morning. One thing I noticed very specifically is that in addition to providing top-notch services and amenities, their staff is very friendly and they know how to make their guests feel at home!
